Applied case-studies of specific cities and infrastructures — vulnerability matrices, routes, quantum contours. The “Intelligence Brief” section publishes structured city-scale analyses: a single European capital or transport corridor, decomposed into actors, sensors, blind spots, escalation paths, and recovery margins. We use only open sources — public tenders, satellite imagery, urban-planning reports, transit data, and field correspondence — and present each city as a layered map rather than a narrative. The section is written for analysts who think in matrices: column for vulnerability, column for redundancy, column for cost-of-failure. Content type: 3 city briefs per year (Munich, Vienna, Zurich already mapped; Berlin and Frankfurt in queue), each with downloadable analytical tables.
In this issue: “The Munich Protocol” — quantum panopticon and a vulnerability matrix of four sectors of the Bavarian capital.
